Custom Software / Optimization
A construction firm with dozens of technicians needed a better way to plan who goes where each day. Project managers were building schedules by hand, trying to balance which technicians are qualified for which jobs, which tasks are most urgent, and how far each person has to drive. We built a scheduling tool that handles all of this automatically. Managers submit their labor needs through a simple form, and the system designs an optimized daily calendar in seconds, accounting for certifications, job priority, and travel distance. It can also read the existing calendar to avoid double-booking.

Workflow Automation
In construction, the Work-in-Progress (WIP) report is one of the most important financial documents a company produces. It tracks the status of every active job: how much has been billed, how much has been spent, and whether each project is on track financially. For one client, the WIP covered over 400 jobs by year-end, and the accountant responsible for it was spending more than 30 hours every month pulling data from multiple systems and updating each entry by hand. We built a tool that lets her upload the billing and cost reports directly. The system reads the data, matches it to the right jobs, and updates the entire WIP automatically in about 20 seconds.

Data Automation
Every year, this college's student services division had to produce a detailed performance report. Six department heads each spent roughly 20 hours gathering data from their teams, compiling spreadsheets, and writing summaries of how their programs were performing. The process was slow, repetitive, and error-prone. We built a tool that does the entire job automatically. The department admin assistant uploads the data spreadsheets (11 in total), and the system pulls the right numbers, updates a master tracking sheet, and generates a finished Word document with narrative sections already written. The full report now takes less than four minutes to produce.

Training & Workshops
A college department knew the basics of AI, but was ready to move beyond chatbot emails and summarizations. They needed more than a lecture on theory; they needed to actually try the tools and see how they applied to their daily work. We designed a 3-hour interactive workshop that walked participants through what different AI tools are good at, showed real examples relevant to their roles, and then put them to work. Staff were organized into small groups, given real tasks to solve using AI tools, and presented what they learned to the room at the end. The goal was confidence and practical skills, not theory.

Custom Software / AI
A client had used AI coding tools to build the first draft of an automated trading platform. The concept worked in testing, but the codebase was fragile, lacked proper error handling, and wasn't ready to run with real money. We were brought on to take it from a rough prototype to a production-grade system: restructuring the architecture, adding reliability safeguards, implementing logging and monitoring, and deploying it on cloud infrastructure so it could run continuously. The platform has since gone live and shown strong performance in real markets.

Quick Win / Automation
A financial advisor receives monthly commission statements from the companies whose products she sells. Each statement is an Excel file with dozens of rows of transaction data that need to be sorted, categorized, and totaled before she can create invoices for her clients. She was doing this entirely by hand, reading each row, and totaling rows by company. We built a small automation tool that does the entire job with a single keyboard shortcut. It reads the statement, categorizes every transaction, handles special rules for certain companies, flags anything unusual, and produces a clean summary sheet ready for invoicing. What used to take most of an afternoon now takes seconds.
